- Of all of the goals that you wrote down for 2009, which one would have the greatest positive impact on your life if you could achieve it? In other words, if you could accomplish just one item on the list which one would it be?
- Ask yourself why don't you have that now?
- Then list at least 3 things standing in the way of you and your goal. Then list at least 3 things that you could do, learn, be, become that would move you closer to your goal -- and your goal closer to you. What classes could you take, skills could you learn, group could you join, relationship could you cultivate.
- Take one positive action step (no matter how small) today to tell your subconscious mind that you're serious about this -- and that you are 100% committed to achieving this in the next 12 months.
