If you're like most women you'd like to have more definition in the back of your upper arms, aka the triceps. This area is a challenge for most women because it is a common storage site for subcutaneous fat (fat stored underneath the skin).
That said, there are a lot of ways to improve the look of your triceps.
- Maintain a healthy and appropriate body weight
-
Be sure to do enough cardiovascular/metabolic training to get sweaty and breathless for at least 30 minutes, 3-5 times per week.
-
Include some targeted toning moves to help give a little extra definition to these hard to shape places. I've included 3 quick and easy moves in this mini Trouble Zone Toning workout.
