Yep, it's true. Just a simple push, pull and squat...and you've targeted most of the muscles in the body. Best of all you don't need to travel to a gym or buy any fancy equipment. This workout uses your own body weight and a stationary bar, the kind you're likely to find at your local playground.
Remember working out doesn't have to be a 2 hour affair, something is always better than nothing. So give this rapid-fire routine a try the next time you're short on time.
